- Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the original payment form, minus shipping costs.
- If you return an item due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we pay all return costs.
- After 30 days, and up to 90 days, return any item for store credit equal to the purchase amount.
- For purchases made through a retailer or Amazon.com, please contact them directly for shipping and return policies.
How to Return an Item
- Request a refund by phone at 514 697-1175 or by e-mail at email@example.com
- We’ll send a shipping label
- Package your item, using the shipping label, and send it back with the carrier of your choice.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest insuring your package and making a note of the tracking number.
- As soon as we receive the item, we’ll credit your account and send you a copy of the refund memo.
- Usually, the refund is issued in 5 business days.
- We do not exchange returned merchandise. Please place a new order if you would like to exchange your returned item for another color, print, etc.
